Originally worn by fishermen and farmers alike for protection against the elements, the Universal Works ‘Bucket Hat’ has been a long-standing addition to our seasonal collections. 

 

The fabric used for this ‘Bucket Hat’ is entirely one of a kind, and no two hats are the same. ‘Kantha’ is a beautiful handicraft originating from Bengal and the Eastern regions of India, that involves layering, patching, repairing and hand-stitching to make a larger, quilt-like piece of fabric. These quilts are entirely unique, impossible to replicate and are often passed down through generations as heirloom pieces.
